Return Policy

Products must be returned to Noctix within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition along with all accessories, tags, packaging materials, courier receipt, invoice, and any other documents supplied with the order.

Noctix reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the return and refund.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Noctix, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method.

The customer will be notified once the refund has been successfully processed from our end.

After the refund has been processed, the amount is generally credited to the customer's original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider.

Please note that once Noctix has successfully processed the refund, any additional delay in the amount reflecting in the customer's account may depend on the respective bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order only before the order has been shipped or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, the customer may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

If an eligible cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Noctix ships its products to most serviceable locations across India.

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Orders are shipped on all working days except Sundays and National Holidays.

For areas serviced by major courier partners such as BlueDart, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of shipping.

Business days exclude Sundays and applicable public or National Holidays.

For locations that are not serviced by our primary courier partners, orders may be shipped through alternative courier services and delivery may take approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and courier availability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, courier delays, operational disruptions, regional restrictions, or other logistics challenges beyond the reasonable control of Noctix.

Noctix will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of all orders.

In exceptional circumstances where an order is significantly delayed, physically untraceable, lost in transit, or otherwise cannot be delivered, Noctix reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid for the affected product(s) to the customer's original payment method.
